ACCESSIBILITY

Events

All our events aim to be sensory-friendly. This means the reduction of:
  • scents, like found in perfumes, colognes, make-up, laundry detergent, and soaps
  • food allergens, like nuts and gluten
  • harsh lighting
  • noise

Other accessibility considerations we try to provide are:
  • colour communication badges (learn more here)
  • online participation options, such as through Skype or live stream
  • break rooms, to be accessed at any time
  • American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation
  • transcription and captions
  • gender neutral and wheelchair accessible washrooms

To inquire about accessibility information or to make requests for a specific event, please contact the organizer of that event.
